Shop Policy
• All Sales are final. Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, returns And exchanges are not accepted. In the unlikely event a damaged item is received, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• All orders will have 60 minutes to cancel once order has been submitted. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled after 60 minutes.
• Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing. All packages are shipped via USPS and usually arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped. ZADA Lashes is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages once order has shipped.
• In the event an address is entered incorrectly, we ask that the customer contacts USPS to reroute their package. All non deliverable/return to sender packages will be converted into store credit.
